Before & After School Care
Primrose Place Out of School Care offers care for children 5 to 12 years of age. Our program is Reggio inspired (learning through play) and provides developmentally appropriate activities and experiences for children based on their interests.
Our programming is emergent and is deeply influenced by the children’s interests. Children are encouraged to make choices when appropriate to do so, Children are guided and challenged to meet their full potential in all areas of development (social, physical, intellectual, creative and emotional). We believe the most important gifts that we can give children in our care are: a sense of wonder, a sense of belonging, a sense of empowerment in a supportive environment where they can succeed. We view the children as capable citizens and strive to create a place of vitality for our families where they can create, explore, learn and play. Our educators are researchers and learners alongside the children. They observe, listen to and expand on the children’s interests!

- We only accept children coming from Holyrood, Clara Tyner, and St.Brendan

This program is open for children attending kindergarten and elementary school.

The affordability grant is available for children attending a part time school program such as kindergarten. Please note there are hours required monthly.
